MacKenzie Ebel

MacKenzie is a Registered Provisional Psychologist with the College of Alberta Psychologists. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Princeton University, where she was also a member of the women’s ice hockey team for four years. After graduating, MacKenzie returned to Calgary to earn her Master’s in Counselling from the City University of Seattle.

With experience working with children, youth, and families, MacKenzie has provided support in various settings, including coaching, group homes, and working as a behavioural aid through FSCD contracts. She has specialized training in Neurofeedback, strengths-based ADHD interventions, and Play Therapy.

At RMPS, MacKenzie offers a range of services, including counselling, neurofeedback, and formal assessments, including psychoeducational, social-emotional, and behavioural evaluations. She also offers assessments for Giftedness, ADHD, Anxiety, and Learning Disorders, helping clients better understand their unique strengths and challenges.

MacKenzie’s background in competitive sports informs her belief in the value of play and organized sports as powerful tools for teaching healthy coping strategies and life skills.
